Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective upon payment of the entire stay. The payment is equivalent to the acceptance of the general conditions.
Settlement of services or repairs purchased on the spot can be made by bank transfer or in cash. Bank charges are the responsibility of the customers.

THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS ARE ONLY VALID FOR BOOKINGS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE
Cancellation by the customer: Due to the capacity of our guest house and the care we take to your home, any cancellation affects us significantly.
a) Free cancellation until 48h before the day of arrival . (for example, in the case of a reservation for a Wednesday, the cancellation is free until Sunday midnight)
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the day of the beginning of the stay, the payment of 50% d one night remains at the establishment

We do not store credit card details of customers after the payment is made.
